Nutrition: Kellie Adkins, Jeweled Lotus Yoga
 

Kellie Adkins holds a M.S. in Nutrition Sciences from Florida State University and a B.A. in Religions from New College of Florida.  She is passionate about inspiring people to make positive changes in their life and currently holds workshops and works individually with clients to initiate lifestyle changes along with teaching Yoga at her studio.  Her website is: www.jeweledlotusyoga.com.
 
Alicia Brinson, Unit Director, Boys & Girls Club of Lake & Sumter Counties
 
Alicia Brinson coordinates programs for the kids and supports staff in implementing the programs.  She was an elementary school teacher for 7 years.  She has received a Masters in Education: Curriculum and Instructional Design and Administration & Supervision.  She has worked for the Club for 3 years and cannot imagine her life without being a part of the Club.
 
"My goal in life is to reach every person I can through the service I give.  I like working at the Club because I get a chance to reach kids from every walk of life."  In her "spare time," Alicia is a Youth Coordinator at her Church.  The Boys & Girls Club of Lake & Sumter Counties' website is: www.bgclsc.org.
 
Journaling: Lee Butler, Herb Girl, Inc.
 

Lee Butler is a Certified Natural Health Professional and Journal Facilitator.  Lee has been involved in the natural health field for over 14 years.  She has owned two herb shops and has helped others open their natural health businesses.  She has been active in the Junior League of Orlando and the Girls Advocacy Project working with teenage girls and using journaling in the Orange County Detention Center.
 
Lee is passionate about empowering women to achieve vibrant living by teaching them how to take better care of themselves both emotionally and physically.  She takes a common sense approach to health and encourages her clients to learn, listen and empower themselves in their journey to wellness.  Her teaching style is fun and informative.
 
Aromatherapy & Skin Care: Jennifer Hochell Pressimone, JennScents, In

Jennifer Pressimone is a holistic aroma therapist and herbalist, international lecturer and author.  She is a Regional Director with the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy and owner of JennScents Aromatherapy, the JennScents Institute and Clermont Herb Shoppe & Day Spa.  She is passionate about bringing education and awareness to safely and effectively integrate natural remedies into any wellness program.  Her website is: www.jennscents.com.

Vickie Haren CCLC, graduated from Ohio Academy of Holistic Health in Xenia, Ohio where she was later employed as an instructor.  She earned two diplomas: Clinically Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Clinically Certified Life Coach.  As a Certified Life Coach, Vickie is currently seeing clients and teaching holistic self-help classes at the Artful Living Center in Belleview, FL and Lifelong Learning College, The Villages, FL.  Her website is: www.wix.com/vickieh/vickie.

Sierra Ciceri, Peer Mentor & Conference Host
 
Sierra Ciceri is a first generation Floridian, born and raised in Lake County.  A retired beauty queen, Sierra knows and loves all things girly and pink.  She is currently Pep club President, Student Council Secretary, and a member of National Honor Society, Interact club, Debate club, Drama club, writer for her school newspaper, and school mascot.  When Sierra isn't busy with her church youth group or school related activities, she enjoys singing, roller blading, shopping and painting.
 
Upon graduating from First Academy High School, Sierra plans to attend Lake-Sumter Community College to receive her Associate's in Arts degree, then transfer to Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, Georgia, majoring in Fashion.  Her dream is to one day design a wedding dress for a celebrity.  Sierra has a deep passion towards young girls and hopes that they will realize what she has learned – every girl is a princess.

Judge Donna Miller, Lake County Court Judge
 

Judge Donna Miller has a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Juris Doctorate, and over 300 hours of Judicial Continuing Education.  She taught public school for 11 years before becoming an attorney.  She was the attorney for the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, while an attorney in private practice, after serving as an assistant public defender.  She is the only woman ever elected as a Lake County Judge.  Her website is www.judgedonnamiller.com.
 
Vonda Parker, Entrepreneur
 

Vonda Parker is a proud wife, mother and grandmother.  She currently holds the positions of Sales Manager at the EconoLodge Hotel and conference center located in Leesburg, Florida.  She is the owner of VMAX, which specializes in Ladies Accessories, www.vmaxdesignsfl.com, and is a Millinery (Hat Designer).  She believes in enhancing her talents to further her career.  She is currently enrolled online at Quality of Course located in Canada, which is an International Certification Course for Meeting and Special Event Planners.
 
Mary Sligh, Leesburg High School
 

Mary Sligh is a junior at Leesburg High School.  Mary was born in Virginia and has lived in Florida since the 1st grade.  She has been a band member for six years, playing the flute and piccolo, and this year is an officer.  She also has played the piano for 9 years.  Mary has been a member of the volleyball, tennis, and swim teams at Leesburg High School.
 
In the summer following her 8th grade year, Mary was a sports ambassador in the Netherlands as a participant in the Youth Friendship games, sponsored by the People to People program.  In the spring of 2008, Mary was privileged to participate in the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Conference of Mid-Florida as an ambassador.
