MISSION:
The conference mission is to empower young women by
helping them build their self-esteem, and by providing tools to assist
them in their journey into womanhood.
Key: Young ladies with higher self-esteem make better
decisions regarding drugs, alcohol, sex, and relationships.

• Mindful Beauty: Journaling (Self-expression & Goal
setting)
• Beauty Sense: Aromatherapy & Skin Care
• Your Beautiful Vision: Inspiration Boards
• Life Inspiration: Vignettes from woman leaders in Lake
County
• Peer Mentors: Selected high school students as role models
